Even if the percentage of his commission remains the same, his total commission will increase due to the increament of his salary.
Previous commission = 10% of 5000 = 500
New salary = 5000 + 10% of 5000 = 5000 + 500 = 5500
New commission = 10% of 5500 = 550
Increament of commission = (550 - 500) / 500 x 100% = 10%
